About Joy Frazier

Joy Frazier is a mover and shaker in the local real estate industry. Originally from Naples, Italy, this bilingual real estate specialist came to Hampton Roads with her husband when he came to work at Langley Air Force Base. She now lives in Carrollton, where her custom home was built. “I go above and beyond to make sure my clients feel the same kind of satisfaction and fulfillment I get knowing we were able to build the home we wanted in a beautiful community,” says Joy. New construction homebuyers, investors and military buyers are big fans of her and her can-do attitude.

“I have always been fascinated by real estate and the process of buying homes,” says Joy.
